  4. HTTP Wizard SSL v2 is copyright protected.  All files included on the HTTP Wizard SSL v2
  5. diskette with the exception of the Sample Projects are covered by
  6. this copyright. As the registered user of this product, you are
  7. granted the right to use a single copy of the HTTP Wizard SSL v2 OCX on a single
  8. computer for development purposes.  You may make additional copies
  9. for backup purposes only.  Copies of HTTP Wizard SSL v2 that are stored on a
  10. network device or file server may only be used by a single user for
  11. development purposes.

  13. As the registered user of this product, you are also granted the
  14. royalty free right to redistribute runtime only copies of HTTPWizard.OCX. 
  15. You may not distribute HTTP Wizard SSL v2 as part of a product
  16. which is in direct competition with HTTP Wizard SSL v2 itself.

  18. You may not distribute the unlock code other than for your own personal
  19. development.

  21. You may not alter or reverse engineer the contents of any of the
  22. files supplied on the HTTP Wizard SSL v2 product distribution disk with the
  23. exception of the sample Projects.

  25. If you do not understand and agree to the terms of this software
  26. license agreement, you should delete all copies of HTTP Wizard SSL v2 from your
  27. computer and return the HTTP Wizard SSL v2 product to Seekford Solutions, Inc. for a
  28. refund, subject to our restocking fee.

  33. Limited Warranty

  36. This product is believed to be free of manufacturing defects to
  37. the physical media on which it is supplied at the time you receive
  38. it. If this is not the case, you may return your copy of HTTP Wizard SSL v2 to
  39. Seekford Solutions, Inc. and a replacement diskette will be supplied.

  41. This product has been tested and we have made a reasonable attempt
  42. to see that it performs as documented.  In the event that it does
  43. not perform as documented, Seekford Solutions, Inc.  will make a reasonable
  44. attempt to correct any problems or bugs exhibited by this product.
  45. Seekford Solutions, Inc. will not be held liable for any direct or indirect
  46. damages (including but not limited to loss of business profits,
  47. business interruption, or loss of business information) caused by
  48. the use of this product or for the suitability of this product to
  49. perform adequately in any situation where it is used.

  53. are expressed or implied. Portions of this warranty are void where
  54. prohibited by law, but all other portions not prohibited by law
